Ordering Info

Placing an order with Pastry Brigade is simple and quick.  We provide a few different methods for getting exactly what you want, when you want it.

Placing an order

When you place an order through our shopping cart, be sure to drop a note to let us know when you need the order by.  We typically need 3 days lead time for orders (10+ dozen may require more), but see below if you need special handling.  You can buy directly through the store or contact us directly and we'll take your order and invoice you via email with our click-to-pay feature.
Rush orders and special requirements
We're always baking around the clock, so that means that we may be able to expedite your order. Contact us directly and we'll do our best!
Different ways to order
Our website immediately sends your order to our bakers to fulfill.  We can also take your order directly over the phone, through email correspondence, and even through Facebook Messenger.
Please note that our support hours are 10am - 6pm daily.

Paying for your order
If ordering online you can pay using a credit card during checkout.  If ordering directly by phone, email or Facebook Messenger we can take a credit card directly or invoice you with a convenient click-to-pay option through email.
All orders must be paid in advance as we can not support payment on site at our pick up location.
Shipping / Delivery
We do not ship or deliver pastries at this time for retail orders.
Picking up your order
Once your order is ready it can be picked up at our Alpharetta location.  Details and directions can be found on the bottom of our home page here.
